Fear is an instinctive emotion meant to safeguard us, but it can also prevent us from reaching our dream lives. Whether you're freaked out by failing, social rejection, or spiders (ugh, spiders), getting over your fears can be a real challenge. But don't worry, I got you covered! Here are some tips to help you conquer those pesky fears:

Identify - figure out what's really got you shook. Identify the root cause of your fear and take stock of what skills or knowledge might help you overcome it. Get real with yourself, and don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it.

Embrace and upgrade - lean into that fear, one tiny step at a time. Trust me, I know it sounds scary, but the best way to conquer your fear is to face it head-on. Start small and build your way up, gaining more skills and experience as you go.

Retreat and Relax - Conquering your fear can be stressful, so it's important to have some stress relief techniques at your disposal. Try deep breathing exercises, cold exposure, or yoga inversions to calm your mind and body. Or if you have relaxing hobbies; Music, Art, Dancing, Golf, use them.

Support - don't be afraid to reach out to your friends, family, or professionals for a little backup. Sometimes all you need is someone to talk to, ya feel me?

Head noise - Challenge those negative thoughts, Ask yourself, are they really helpful? Who would you be or how would you feel without them? It's a small step, but it can make a big difference.

Visualize - Imagine yourself on the other side of your fear, kicking butt and taking names. It's a powerful tool that can help you feel more prepared and confident when the real deal goes down.

Celebrate -Celebrate every step of progress, no matter how small. Progress is a motivation drug for your brain. Highlight it as much as possible. Measurable goals will help.

Physical Health - Unhealthy body = unhealthy mind. Optimise your sleep, nutrition and exercise to become a fear conquering machine.
